Golf in the Swiss Alps
Switzerland has many beautiful golf courses. Their are two courses close to Avoriaz that are well worth the visit : Verbier and Crans Montana.
Verbier Golf
Verbier is a couple hours from Avoriaz. It is a charming alpine town with an 18 hole golf course offering panoramas of the Grand Combin and Mont Blanc. The course is open in the summer months when snow is not covering the greens.

Crans Montana Golf
Crans Montana is like a golf super park with on 18 hole course, two 9 hole courses and two driving ranges. The town is located a little over two hours from Avoriaz and is open during summer months.
