Snowshoeing in Morzine
Snowshoeing is a great way to explore this winter wonderland at your own pace! Morzine has numerous, well marked, snowshoeing trails for short or full day outings. After heading away from town, it is often possible to see chamois mountain goats, ibex and other mountain wildlife.
Nighttime treks are possible with an experienced guide. These treks are often paired with a white wine aperitif and fondue dinner. Definitely worth it!
"Raquettes" or snowshoes, can be rented in sports equipment shops in town.
